Orders, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase. Expect shipment to take 1-2 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We do accept international orders. Delivery fee costs £19.95 yet shipping time varies on location.
Can I order online and collect from the store?
Yes, any orders placed online can be collected from our store using “collect from store” option at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept online returns. You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered or available for collection to return it for a refund.

In store purchases are exchange only.
How will I know when you have received my returned items?
If you're returning items from the UK, it can usually take up to 10 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) from the day after the return date for your parcel to be delivered back to our store. Once we have received your return we will process your refund.
